Heike Liekenbrock

I moved from beautiful Lower Saxony to the Rhineland for my studies. I completed my degree in Business Administration at the University of Cologne in 2008. I then started my professional career at EY Germany in the Cologne office and met Martina Otto. We worked together in the People Advisory Services tax department, specialising in expatriate services. During my time at EY, I was seconded to EY Strasbourg for

three months in 2012, where I supported our colleagues in advising cross-border commuters between Germany and France. After passing the tax advisor exam, I was appointed as a tax advisor in 2011. In 2022, after my third child's maternity leave, I moved to Breuer & Otto Personal Tax, where I continue to focus on supporting companies and employees in the context of employee secondments.
