Oliver Goetz

After studying business administration with a focus on corporate finance, capital markets and auditing at the University of Trier and the University of Bristol, which I successfully completed with a degree in business administration, I started my professional career in the Luxembourg financial industry and can look back on more than 10 years of professional experience in the sector. My main focus at Breuer Tax & Accounting is the support of Luxembourg financing and investment companies whose focus is on investments in the European and Asian region in renewable energy

 

projects (in particular the asset classes of photovoltaics and wind energy), property and infrastructure projects. I also assist Luxembourg securitisation companies (multi-compartment structures) and venture capital funds. Together with my team, I am responsible for recording and analysing financial transactions, preparing periodic reports and annual financial statements as well as liquidation and merger balance sheets over the entire project cycle from the purchase of the target investments to the planned exit.
